Ingredients:
- White gram 200 gram
- Tea leaves 1 tbsp
- Green chilies 6 finely chopped
- Tomatoes 100 gram
- Corrinder leaves chopped for garnishing
- Ginger cut into very long thin pieces
- Tej patta 2-3 leaves.
- Salt deji mirach to taste.
- Garam masala
- Channa masala

Method:
- Wash and soak the channa over night.
- Add salt, tea leaves wrapped in muslin choth and taj patta and cook till tender but firm.
- Remove it from fire,mix all the masalas and sprinkle on cooked channas.
- Layer tomatoes cubes, green chillies and ginger over the masala.
- Now heat the oil and pour it over the tomatoes and mix them very gently so that chaana remain firm.
- Garnish with corrinder leaves.
