Tandoori Chicken

Ingredients:

  1. 5 lbs of Chicken thigh pieces.
  2. Lemon Juice to be squeezed out of 3 fresh Lemons.
  3. Tandoori Masala (can be bought from any Indian store)
  4. 4 long chopped onions.
  5. 8 finely chopped Green chillies.
  6. 2 cloves of minced garlic.
  7. 1 TBSP of Garlic Poweder
  8. 3" long piece of greated ginger root.
  9. 2 tea spoon of Red Chilli powder
  10. Salt to taste.

Method:

  • Mix Tandoori Masala,Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Chilli Power, green Chillies.
  • Marinate Chicken Pieces in the mixture for 3-4 hours.
  • Turn on the Oven and wait 5 minutes to warm it up
  • Put chicken pieces in a deep dish and spread onions over it.
  • Bake these chicken pieces in an oven for about 10 minutes on slow heat.
  • Put heat on full and cook for 10 more minutes
  • Serve hot with Punjabi Naan.
