Ingredients:
- 5 lbs of Chicken thigh pieces.
- Lemon Juice to be squeezed out of 3 fresh Lemons.
- Tandoori Masala (can be bought from any Indian store)
- 4 long chopped onions.
- 8 finely chopped Green chillies.
- 2 cloves of minced garlic.
- 1 TBSP of Garlic Poweder
- 3" long piece of greated ginger root.
- 2 tea spoon of Red Chilli powder
- Salt to taste.

Method:
- Mix Tandoori Masala,Lemon Juice, Garlic Powder, Chilli Power, green Chillies.
- Marinate Chicken Pieces in the mixture for 3-4 hours.
- Turn on the Oven and wait 5 minutes to warm it up
- Put chicken pieces in a deep dish and spread onions over it.
- Bake these chicken pieces in an oven for about 10 minutes on slow heat.
- Put heat on full and cook for 10 more minutes
- Serve hot with Punjabi Naan.
