Vegetable Cutlets

Ingredients:

  1. 3 boiled Patatoes
  2. 2 sliced Carrots
  3. 200 gms French beans
  4. 2 cup boiled peas
  5. 400 gms cabbage
  6. 2 chopped onions
  7. 1\4 tea spoon turemeric
  8. 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
  9. 3 table spoon flour
  10. 2 chopped green chilies
  11. some chopped corinder leaves
  12. 1\2 teaspoon salt
  13. 2 tea spoon ajinomoto salt
  14. 1 tea spoon soy sauce
  15. some bread crumbs
  16. oil for frying

Method:

  • first boil carrots, peas, french beans, cabbage, and patatoes
  • fry chopped onions, when little brown then add red chilli, turemeric, soy sauce.
  • In this mixture add flour, ajinomoto salt and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Mash all the boiled vegetables and mix them with fried mixture and add corrinder leaves too.
  • By hand then gave the shape of the cutlets to the mixture and roll them over the bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry them on low heat and serve them hot with tomato ketchup sauce.
