Ingredients:
- 3 boiled Patatoes
- 2 sliced Carrots
- 200 gms French beans
- 2 cup boiled peas
- 400 gms cabbage
- 2 chopped onions
- 1\4 tea spoon turemeric
- 1 tea spoon red chilli powder
- 3 table spoon flour
- 2 chopped green chilies
- some chopped corinder leaves
- 1\2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tea spoon ajinomoto salt
- 1 tea spoon soy sauce
- some bread crumbs
- oil for frying

Method:
- first boil carrots, peas, french beans, cabbage, and patatoes
- fry chopped onions, when little brown then add red chilli, turemeric, soy sauce.
- In this mixture add flour, ajinomoto salt and fry for 2 minutes.
- Mash all the boiled vegetables and mix them with fried mixture and add corrinder leaves too.
- By hand then gave the shape of the cutlets to the mixture and roll them over the bread crumbs.
- Deep fry them on low heat and serve them hot with tomato ketchup sauce.
